What is G-1 VISA?

G-1 VISA is a visa given to those who do not meet other visa requirements, as determined by the Minister of Justuce.

The requirements set by the Minister of Justice are as follows.

1. Persons receiving claims for occupational accidents and receiving treatment and their families.
2. Persons being treated for illness or accident and their families.
3, Persons in various lawsuits.
4. Persons report to the Labor office due to unpaid wages.
5. Refugee applicants.
6. Persons have obtained a humanitarian residence permit and their families.
7. Family of the deceased.
8. Pergnancy, childbirth
9. Tose who need long-term treatment for disease treatment and their families.
10. Victims of sexual violence.
11. Children of refugee applicants.

 

Can I get a G-1 visa if I have any of the above reasons?

It might be possible.

However, nothing is 100% in the world. The immigration office makes a decision after carefully examining your situation.

 

Can illegal immigrants get a G-1 visa?

It might be possible.

You must pay a panalty for the period of illegal stay. Victims of occupational accidents and sexual violence are exceptionally free of penalties.

For example, if there is a significant difference between the date of receiving damage and the date of filing a lawsuit, the immigration office will be very suspicious.

Don't forget that the immigration office is already suspicious of the G-1 visa applicant, as many people use the G-1 visa for the purpose of simply extending the period of stay.
