What are the F-2-99 visa requirements?

F-2-99

 

1. Visas subject to change

▶ D-1, D-5, D-6, D-7, D-9, E-6-13, E-1, E-2, E-3, E-4, E-5, E-7, D-8, F-1, F-3.

※ Must be engaged in employment activities permitted by the status of residence at the time of application.

 

2. Period of stay in Korea

▶ 5 years.

 

3. Law violation issues

▶ Impossible to change if there is a violation of the following laws.

• Violation of the Immigration Control Act 3 times within 3 years.
• 5 million won or more in total including fines for violating the Immigration Control Act within 3 years.
• When sentenced to imprisonment without prison labor or more within 5 years for violating the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• If you are sentenced to a fine of not more than 5 years in violation of the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• If you have committed a serious crime within 10 years.
• If you haven't paid your taxes.
• If there is a reason that falls under the reason for prohibition of entry.

4. Income (If the income requirement for your visa extension is higher than the requirement of F-2-99, the higher amount will be applied
